BeTrue Therapy does not focus on changing external situations or analysing why something happened. Instead, we work with emotions, feelings, and bodily reactions Instead, we work with emotions, feelings, and bodily reactions that arise in response to life situations. When these inner experiences are fully met and allowed, the sense of being stuck or powerless begins to dissolve — and choice, relief, and inner freedom gradually return, even if the outer situation stays the same. This is not positive thinking. It's a practical way to stop being controlled by reactions and start responding with more clarity and ease.
